My unforgettable Christmas with Disney featuring Frozen! (Part 1 of 2)

Let it snow... even if I wasn't able to spend my holidays in some distant wintery wonderland like what I have been dreaming of, I think I even had it better as I had a blizzard of blessings this cheery month, topped with the warmth of family, friends plus the newest addition to my hosting portfolio: Disney events!
Finally, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck let me into their magical realm, and my first project is Disney on Ice, led by an awesome Meet & Greet in four different Robinsons Malls with no less than Queen Elsa and Anna of Arendelle from arguably one of the greatest Disney films of all time: FROZEN! Let it go... let it go... can't let go of the thrill!
Above are two of my very few snaps for the first two legs, held at The Forum Robinsons and at Robinsons Place Manila! I was even part of the gang on tour, aboard the coaster as we headed to our next destinations... Queen Elsa and Princess Anna were actresses from the United States, and we also had some of the Disney Ice Skaters onboard too! They all flew in for this event. Can you see how much I am beaming with D-light? (Disney delight)
FROZEN TRIVIA: Did you know that this movie was based on Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale entitled, "The Snow Queen?" And well... the story wasn't such a magical tale as in the movie. Just like the original story of the Little Mermaid, which also written by Andersen, the Little Mermaid in his story didn't really have a Happy ever after... she just ended up as sea foam. But thanks to Disney Ariel has become one of my most favourite princesses of all time. But I am glad to have read the original story, when I was about 9 or 10. Yes, I grew up with tales (and tails) I will never outgrow the magic!

Meet my newest buddies: Mickey and D, plus Queen Elsa and Princess Anna!

The dazzling Colours of Christmas bursting at Robinsons Place Lipa!

A bedazzled Christmas to all! Here I am with the kid-beneficiaries of Robinsons Place Lipa, for another Christmas Mall Lighting and Holiday kick-off party!
As happy as can be. Christmas is in the air, in all Robinsons Malls!
It truly is bright and merry at Robinsons, with their exceptional holiday theme, "One Dazzling Christmas at Robinsons Malls!" Found myself screaming like the girls who packed the place and are smitten with this teen heartthrob and guest for that day, Miguel Tanfelix! Watch him dance in my videos below, and for sure - even if you are old enough to be his mom (like little old me) - you will surely scream and fall for this promising and extremely talented young star too...
Apart from the total star factor - this affair boasted of grand lights and sights! But at the heart of it all was a testament to what Christmas is all about - sharing our blessings and caring for those who need our aid the most.
CON you see me? In this blast of CONFETTI, see if you can still spot me...
The Joy of Sharing & Gift-giving. Thank you Robinsons Malls for giving delight to all these kids, and of course to everyone else who were part of this party!
But probably, the most blessed part of this wonderful and unforgettable affair was the chance to pass by this lovely chapel in Lipa, near the Robinsons Mall... thank you Lord for your immense blessings!

Train or Shine: Fun with Thomas & Friends!

Even as the storm hit the country, rain or shine (or should I say, Train or Shine?), there was no stopping me from emceeing the most exciting party! The world's most-loved tank engine, Thomas the Train, finds its way to SM Southmall, where he was greeted by his adorable little fans some who even came in their Thomas-best outfit! But these little boys all went crazy as the Fat Controller, Sir Topham Hatt went onstage and danced with his awesome engineers! It was just Choo much fun!
It was also a post-birthday bash as Thomas celebrated his 70th birthday this year, after first being welcomed in the Railway Series... Here were the four winners for this event's costume parade:
And let's not forget the talented train engineers who danced alongside the Fat Controller, they are so well-TRAINed in dancing indeed (plus, they were also the guys underneath the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle mascots who showed off awesome ninja dance skills too!)
Tank Choo for dropping by; have a train-riffic day! Happy Birthday to Thomas, may you and your friends have many more years of smiles and fun!
