Master of Ceremonies for Marikina Valley Medical Center, MVMC's 10th year Anniversary!

Unable to take any proper photos at all, but that won't stop me from blogging about this phenomenal event: Marikina Valley Medical Centre, MVMC's 10th year anniversary; but that is not all, for this night was also a toast to the hospital's important milestone: becoming part of the MPIC Hospital Network. Here's a video of this splendid occasion: 

Excuse the photo above... only one of the few times I am forced to take a Selfie! And photo below was of me in action. LOL. And that's about the only other photo that I've got of this night. I was without a companion, but it was still a perfect gig! I had the opportunity of meeting the wonderful people behind MVMC, like President Lyle Morrell and Ms. Grace Aba... thank you for the chance and honor to be your emcee! Plus the shirt I wore, with the big 1-0... I belong! 

And one of the extra special surprises of this night was having was my name actually printed out in all of the programmes, seen on every single table... sweet! Yup, the MC of MVMC, reporting for duty!

Monsteriffic Martian Mary reporting for duty at Sky Life's Night Sky Cinema Halloween!

Feeling so blessed for hosting another year at the Monsterriffic Halloween event 2016! But of course, we start with a quick video clip of this memorable howl-o-ween party! How'd you like my monstergy (Monstergy = monster + intergalactic energy)?

Thank you, One Sky for your monsteriffic faith in me as the events host for your family and kid events! Before I share with you about this memorable event, let me first give a snapshot of the gory details before I arrived in Nuvali for this event. So I arrived at about 1.30 pm, 30 minutes late for my call time. Good thing the program started about 4 pm so I still had time. But if you thought that 2 hours was enough time, think again! My hosting accessories and main monster outfit got stuck in the traffic, in my mom's car! So thankfully, Ayala Malls Solenad (I love Ayala Malls!) was right there so I boarded my spacecraft and found awesome finds, all for a total of just 800 pesos. Here I am now, as Mary the googly-eyed Monster Martian host! 

 Photo above was selfie before the start of the event, with the daytime crowd. Below, the same thing, only this time we welcomed over 20,000 people attending the event! Can you believe how many people I've hosted for in this one night? Oh, those things around my face aren't warts, those are my extra eyes! It's so hard to be an extraterrestrial these days! 

 And now back to the program, can you guess who this Pokemon Trainer I caught below? Isn't he cute and handsome? Hint: I helped this young man make his DIY Pokemon trainer Ask Ketchum look for Halloween! He and the rest of the kids proudly showed off their looks onstage! Pikachu, I choose you! But nope, forget about Pikachu, I would choose this handsome young lad over any cuddly Pokemon any day! 

And I caught him again after the Night Sky Cinema movie sessions! 

Yes, we played a ton of fun, monsteriffic games and gave out a ton of prizes in-between the amazing monster-themed movies! 

On a side note, I loved how the security of the event was ultra tight. In fact the organizers even got me insurance for the day, as you know how it gets sometimes during concerts. And one of the little security staff was this little yummy puppy that a monster  Martian like me just cannot resist. So I had to pose with him, but don't worry I didn't eat him after! (I heard aliens eat dogs but I am a vegetarian alien).

EYE got my eyes on you. Here's one last look of my out-of-this-world Monster-Martian look. Hope you liked it! As you would have noticed by now, apart from my hosting gigs getting me a lot of exposure and big, big savings, it's my lovely excuse to often glam up, and during special times, Monster up! Brings out the Makeup artist, Stylist, Script-writer, etc in me!

May Forever: Pol & Rachel's breathtaking silver wedding anniversary and renewal of vows...

Rachel and Pol proves that Forever is a reality! I am forever thankful to Mr. Leopoldo "Pol" and Mrs. Rachel Titular for their continued trust in me. I am always proud to say that they are the best and my most favourite events and marketing group, for I always feel how they value me as an events host. If I can, I want to do this forever! Just like Rachel and Pol, who decided on Forever... 

Once more, I feel part of the love and joy that the share between them and the rest of their beautiful family and company, Global Visions Events (GVE), as I witnessed what remains to be the most breathtaking wedding ceremony / renewal of vows! Held at Angelfields, Tagaytay, the ceremony was perfect from the grandiose set-up down to the tiniest detail. And why not? GVE is one of the best, if not the best in the biz! 

 Time to play some games... everyone was so game that evening, all for the love of Rachel and Pol! Seemed like everyone had a ton of fun... I sure did! 

Look at that cake, designed to look like a pile of yummy cheeses! Cake or cheese, either way, all of the meals that night was extra delectable!

Bippity boppity boo! Hosting as Princess Cinderella at Sky Life Dreamland, a Magical Halloween! Part 2

"... A Dream is a wish your heart makes... whatever you wish for will come true... no matter how your heart is bleeding... if you keep on believing... the Dream that you wish... will come true..." This line from the Cinderella movie soundtrack remains fresh in my ears, for perhaps the child within me remains very much alive and hopeful. So blessed was I to become Cinderella only until this program ended, for Sky Life Dreamland, A Magical Halloween! Here are some more of my favourite snaps during the event. First photo, Cinde-Mary flanked by Spiderman, one of my fave Avengers (my other favourite one is Ironman), and my least favourite Avenger too, Captain America:

Fun and Laughter with Cherifer: Create Genuine Fun Day, Camp Tangkad Sagad!

We all know Cherifer CGF stands for "Chlorella Growth Factor." But for me and the rest of Cherifer loves who came to Camp Tangkad Sagad, CGF now means: Create Genuine Fun! I co-hosted with momentous event with the amazing Jazper Tiongson! Only he can challenge my super energy when I emcee. But I guess he beats me because he dances and flies too! Am still working at it... So, walking back, here's my one and only video taken right after my partner Jazper and I closed the program where I invited them to stay until 7 pm for the amazing booths and freebies! Such a bright and vibrant event it was... Simply YELLOW-riffic!

First of all, thank you to my wonderful Sky Life family, especially Ms. Chrissy Caballero and her handsome smart son, Lyndel for discovering me and the rest is history. Photo below also features Ariel from Sky Cable too. And let's not forget my Global Visions Events and Marketing Network Inc. family - the best events group I could ever work with: fair, generous, kind and so easy to work with and all of our events are simply superb! I love them even the very professional floor & event director they get. Can't wait to blog about my Sky Dreamland event also with GVE and another cool project I recently had with them where I was a motivational speaker on leadership & personality development for a multinational brand's sales representatives! Can't wait to blog about those soon!  

I am so blessed to regain my strength a little after two weeks, after my sudden appendectomy that I was still able to make this gig! I was quite glum that I had to let go of a few hosting jobs due to my appendicitis but I am better now and back in my game! In fact, this month has been crazy, I have a backlog of 20 events done, as I write this blog post. 

This fantastic event was held in Marquee Mall Pampanga and as usual, the crowd was great! Just had to take a selfie with them in the background as Tectonix did their thing onstage, making the kids and the kids-at-heart go on a balloon rampage! I did too! 

Games, games and more fun games! And a lot of dancing too, with this chubby and really tall Cherifer Kid! He is number one, like Cherifer! 

But my favourite kid? This one below, proudly wearing JESUS, our Lord & Saviour, the One True God on his shirt, my forever love. Then this other li'l boy who joined us for this photo was welcome though he was shy and didn't tell me his name. What a cute coincidence that they got the same balloon freebies (balloon sword, shield, helmet) during the performance of Tectonix - the most colossal balloon act in the Philippines! 

Jazper and I hosting this beautiful event for families, with almost a thousand attendees! I hope Jazper would agree with me when I say that it was so light working with him and we are the best tandem ever. Loved working with this funny man, Cherifer Jazper!

Happily hosted the launch of SM Cinema's Family Movie Day Program at SM Southmall!

Simply over the moon to emcee SM Cinema's latest campaign, a meaningful treat for families: the SM Cinema Family Movie Day! But first, please watch my opening video / booth visit clip:

The movie featured in this kick-off event, which was made in partnership with Crystal Sky films was no less than the classic tale of the puppet who became a boy, Pinocchio! So let me summarise this amazing family fun day with P.I.N.O.C.C.H.I.O:

P stands for Party and Prizes! Yes, we played a ton of heart-pumping games, and check out my videos below as I played with the awesome kids and kids-at-heart during this movie-riffic party. 

I is for Intense. Yes, every bit of it was amazing, especially the creative and inspiring art booths. But for me and my son Matthew, this was our hands-down fave: Check my athletic son out as he plays against the elements below. Wish I could have played this too! 

N is for New... so many new ideas from the booths, games and performances! Made a new friend too, now don't be so blue! 

Outrageous! Every part of this was exhilarating indeed! And it was slightly hot too, I was sweating for the place was beyond sardine-packed lol. But anyway it's all good, always bringing my A Game no matter how hot, tiring or stressful it may be... 

C ... is for Creativity and Color! Kudos to the amazing SM CINEMA Family Entertainment / Lifestyle / Leisure group for coming up with such a cool and colourful event! 

C ... Hmm this can mean cute.. cool or crazy... well, I guess it's all three! 

 H is Holistic - it was perfect for each member of the family - from the little ones all the way to the parents and even grand parents! Everyone surely had a grand time and I can very well speak for my family and friends who came to have fun too! Hooray for family movie day!

 I? I stands for Incredible. From start to finish! So stoked were we that we had the I-nergy to even go around, my boy in his roller blades after!

O is for Overly Grateful. Thank you so much, SM Cinema for this amazing experience!
